Olympus is expected to perform better than LLM and Titan currently offered by Amazon.

Development of LLM Olympus is led by Rohit Prasad, the former head of Alexa, the virtual assistant technology backed by Amazon.

In other recent developments surrounding online retail companies’ forays into artificial intelligence, Alibaba’s fintech arm Ant Group unveiled its latest artificial intelligence model, “Bailing.”

The Chinese tech giant previously launched Uniform Qianwen 2.0, an LLM that it said will compete with Open AI and other LLM developers.
