Singaporean company Treehouse plans to enter the NFT analysis field by acquiring the Origins Analysis platform IP.
On November 3, web3 Treehouse officially announced the acquisition of the IP intellectual property rights of the Origins Analysis platform. However, the value of the deal was not disclosed.
Origins will now join Treehouse and provide NFT services such as algorithmically tagged NFT wallet notification system, NFT analysis robot and NFT wallet profile API.
It is understood that Origins Analysis is an enterprise-level NFT data analysis platform that utilizes on-chain and off-chain data. Origins has a strong community of over 10,000 users. In 2022, the founding team of Origins successfully raised US$4 million.
As for Treehouse, it is a Web3 company that converts on-chain data into meaningful metrics to help DeFi investors make informed financial decisions.
In 2021, Treehouse raised $18 million in a seed round from investors including Lightspeed, MassMutual, Binance, Mirana, LeadBlock, Jump, GSR, and Wintermute. The company said it is currently evaluating the possibility of additional mergers and acquisitions.
Regarding the expansion into the NFT field, Treehouse CEO Brandon Goh said: “Despite being in a bear market, Treehouse is still expanding and actively seeking to acquire businesses with synergies. And NFT is a segment with great potential.”
