Ripple to sell $122 million of XRP in November

Ripple is the largest holder of XRP, including 46.43 billion XRP tokens locked in escrow but not yet included in the circulating supply. On November 1, Ripple unlocked 1 billion of its 46 billion tokens ($610 million).

Each month the remaining 1 billion tokens will be unlocked under the control of ripple. However, the company typically keeps only a small number of the monthly unlocked tokens in its vaults, with most sold on the market.

Track our logger with XRP scans and report on the unlocking of Ripple’s XRP tokens. We noticed some patterns in the increase in XRP supply. This has a direct impact on XRP value in the long term, as shown by lower prices when XRP reached its all-time high market capitalization.

Notably, the group withheld 200 million XRP in November, the same amount it had withheld in previous months. As the price of each token increases, the increase in XRP supply this month is equivalent to approximately $122 million (at a price of $0.61 per token).

Ripple locks 800 million XRP in new escrow

Similar to what happened in October, a total of 1 billion XRP was unlocked by two wallet addresses controlled by the company: Ripple (22) and Ripple(23). The money was then sent to three other accounts under the same ownership.

Ripple (1) received 200 million XRP from Ripple (22) which is still available and available for use.
Ripple(10) 300 million XRP were obtained from the remaining funds unlocked by Ripple (22), and an additional 100 million XRP were obtained from Ripple (23). They have 400 million XRP locked in a new deposit contract that will be unlocked in April 2027.
Ripple(11) 400 million XRP (23) were received from Ripple, the entire amount has been locked in the deposit contract and will be unlocked in April 2027.
